Allen Properties is a family owned apartment management company originally formed in 1978. Our portfolio of multi-family communities has grown over the past 40 years to 4,000 units in 85 locations throughout Southern California. Allen Properties takes pride in our well-trained on-site employees, an immaculately maintained portfolio of properties, and a desire to have our residents feel completely "at home" in their apartment. All of this is supported by a helpful staff in our Lake Forest office.
